Avunduk Group, established in 1998 as a family business in the small village of Meriç in Cyprus, aimed to produce cheese with milk collected from farms and laid the foundations of Meriç Dairy Products. Starting with a daily milk processing capacity of 2,000 liters and a team of 10 personnel, Meriç Dairy gradually improved its facilities and production lines, equipped with internationally accredited laboratories, and reached the highest levels of mechanization and technological standards.

EXPORT TO 9 COUNTRIES

Today, our facility, under the Avunduk Group, has become the largest cheese and halloumi production facility in Northern Cyprus, with a closed area of 3,500 m2 and a daily milk processing capacity of 100,000 liters. Meriç Dairy focuses on export-oriented production, enhancing the value and quality of local products. Our products are exported to nine countries, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, the USA, and Japan. Meriç Dairy takes pride in being the first company in Northern Cyprus to export to the USA and Japan and stands out as one of the top two exporters in the sector.
